We require all shipments to be returned to us via United States Postal Service which can provide proof of delivery and will insure your return shipment against loss or damage. You’re responsible for all shipping charges on returned items and any damages in transit.
Place your Return Authorization Number on the shipping label. Then simply ship the product back to us via USPS Mail With Tracking with all original packaging materials and accessories for a prompt and full refund.
That’s all there is to it! Your refund will be issued once the returned product has been inspected, received and accepted.

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage and was delivered from a recognized commercial carrier such as USPS, UPS & FedEx refuse the shipment and email us immediately.
